Your code
Where the code Athena writes is kept, who can see it, and how to take it with you.
The app Athena builds is yours. It is ordinary source code, in a form any Python developer can pick up.
Where it is kept
Appentic keeps each app's code in its own private repository on GitHub, one per project. Only your project uses it. Athena's access is limited to that one repository, and no other customer's app can read it.
Download it
Click Download code in the box at the bottom of the Athena page. It appears once Athena has written your app. You get a zip of the version that's live.
Inside is a standard Feather app, with its plan in docs/BRIEF.md and anything you attached in docs/references/. A developer can run it on their own computer with feather dev, read AGENTS.md for how it's organised, and deploy it anywhere that runs Python and Postgres. That includes a normal web service on Appentic, deployed from their own GitHub repository, where Athena can still troubleshoot it.
When you delete the project
Deleting the project deletes its repository too. Download the code first if you want to keep it. See Deleting a project.
